For the cooling of the groove, a cooling method is employed that minimizes internal air to the extreme and prevents the occurrence of soft zones.
The "Constant Velocity Joint Hardening Device" uses a multi-frequency oscillation inverter and can harden the inner diameter of the groove, the shaft, and the spline section with a single oscillator by switching between three frequencies.
